It is a difficult and time consuming process
to locate and view houses using estate agents which in turn creates a bad user experience
Question –
How do we make the process of buying /
selling a property easier for both parties involved?
Objectives / Aims –
To create a user friendly digital platform which helps the user easily
and affordably sell, buy and rent houses.
To remove all unnecessary steps that occur during the property
management process
To create a platform which makes the viewer recommend this method of buying / selling houses above the traditional methods available

The current
competition is firmly established within the community and therefore would be
extremely difficult to overthrow
Their
advertising is expensive and viewed on mainstream media
