AFTER LIFE CRISIS - SYNOPSIS

SITCOM - 6 SHORT FORM EPISODES - EPISODE RUNTIME OF 25 MINUTES

James the librarian is content with his uninspiring, uneventful, unambitious life, interrupted when a lacklustre haunting begins.

Gary has unfinished business keeping him from passing on to the afterlife; an overdue library fine. Unable to pay it off, as not being alive makes signing on even more of a pain, he’s instead decided to bother the librarian inadvertently responsible for the fine. Moronic conflict is ever present as James attempts to keep his own life as humdrum as possible whilst Gary dwells in a posthumous existence in the librarian’s apartment. The atypical haunting of the chaotic, sad-act, bachelor spirit is never-ending. Apparitions of cheap cider and greggs pasties replace the ghostly ectoplasm, empty cans flying into heaps replace books flying off shelves and constipation groans in the night replace bumps in the night.
