Through my work experience at Mixmag, I found out how different editions of the magazines are published in different countries each month. All the Mixmag studios around the world conduct interviews and write articles about DJ's, they then upload their work to a shared dropbox account so each magazine can pick selected relevant articles out, translate them, and publish them in their countries edition of the magazine.
A similar technique could be used within the Adidas publication. With each edition being catered to each main city around the world, a shared dropbox account would let allow each edition to share certain articles with each other, minimising the work load whilst still being culturally relevant.
