OUGD504 - Studio Brief 1 - Laser Cutter Experimentation & Initial Stamp Designs

The laser cutter booked out session was used to experiment with different materials before cutting the type and designs into mesh backed lino sheets. It was important to remember mirroring the type to create a useable stamp. Lots of careful consideration was taken into the kerning of the type, this was then replicated in various different sizes to match the correct size with the final book case.

Wooden blocks were also rastered to use if any embossing is needed within my final book.
