For the first self-driven project brief I decided to focus on one of my biggest interests within the creative industries and attempt to merge it with my own professional practice. Therefore, music has been structured as the base for the first brief, however, it has been left extremely open to interpretation in order to not restrain creative possibility. I intend to look at all aspects of design when developing this project in order to develop an innovative and fresh solution, it has also been important to start this brief completely open-minded instead of just coming up with a final concept straight away, and then attempting to structure a brief around it. This will hopefully allow me to come up with a bespoke variety of distinct design solutions throughout the development process.
