OUGD603 - Brief 2 - Communication and Team Meetings

A schedule of team meetings has been planned with location considerations due to the distance between some of the members involved. Skype has also formed a key factor within team meetings where not all of the members can be present.

For everyday communication and idea generation, a Facebook group chat has been utilised allowing all of the members to stay in touch on a daily basis. This is crucial when social media posts are being uploaded on a regular basis as we must all compromise and agree on all aspects of the post.

Along with daily communication, a group email address has been set up to not only share information and files via the google drive, but also to email agencies and DJs which will allow us to create an aura of professionalism around our company when connecting with professionals within the music industries.
