OUGD405 - Studio Brief 2 - Information Design (Further Fold Experiments and Research)

To familiarise me further with different leaflet approaches, I have conducted some broad secondary source research on all types of envelopes or publications which include folds, cutting, pattern and interesting shape.

This bottom image i found most intriguing, it asked questions of what a leaflet actually is and how far you can push the boundaries of this project.

I have mocked up a quick grid system on InDesign in order to get my proportions right in my initial sketches. This four way concertina fold is probably my favoured layout however, I am still experimenting with different folds whether it be a gate fold or full concertina.
